The staff were awesome, and it's a nice spot close to the beach. An Uber takes about 12 minutes and costs $2. The pool was extremely small, and at least the room I booked was on the small side too.
2/10
We stayed for a week and had to switch rooms twice. First, the air conditioning noise from the shopping mall next door was a problem. Then we moved again because the AC in our room wasn't working. They were short on bath towels and didn't replace them. The hotel is two stars at most. The front desk workers did their best, which is why I'm giving it one star.
4/10
The room looked nothing like the photo. Booking.com doesn't do a good job checking or monitoring the facilities it lets advertise.
2/10
I'd give zero stars if I could. This place isn't guest friendly, with a 65'000 peso fee. You can't control the AC, and there are no blankets in the rooms.
6/10
The central air is good, but the rooms and hallways need updating.
