The location worked really well, with affordable restaurants nearby and the beach about a five-minute walk away. Our breakfast on the balcony was fine, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful.

The customer service was awful, and the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned between guests. The toilet and sink were filthy, and the door wouldn't close. Showering hurt because the water blasted out of the showerhead. The sheets and towels also had yellow and brown stains. I hated the whole stay. Don't come here.

I was unhappy with the whole experience. The place was very dirty, with spider webs around, a grimy shower curtain, and a rusted showerhead. The cable was supposed to be included, but there was never any signal. The staff were also really unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is convenient and quite close to the beach, and the place itself is nice. Unfortunately, the staff showed no willingness to help, and when I needed assistance I got a really bad attitude. The experience with the people wasn't nice.

There seems to be plenty to see and do in Cartegena, and the prices here are very good. We didn't stay, though, so I can't judge the overnight experience. We may consider it for a future visit, and I probably would have given five stars if we had stayed.
