Ms. Maria Camila was very professional and kind, and helped us arrange tours. We had a pleasant apartment with everything we needed, so it felt like home, and the price was fair. It’s only five blocks from the castle and the Old Boots. I’d recommend staying here. Thank you.

She asked us to pay half upfront, but never arrived to let us in. She said another person would come, and nobody opened the door either. She never came to pick us up herself. The property was nothing like the photos, seemed more like a boarding house, and felt very dangerous. This was a disgrace for my family and, to me, a scam. Booking.com should check the places it lists and not let them damage its reputation. The good reviews seem to be what keep them going. It really is a scam.
