The rooftop breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. They also let us leave our bags for a few hours while we went into the city. It’s a quiet hotel away from the busy streets. The room was basic, and we found black hairs and stains on the bedding, so cleanliness could be better. The shower was hot in the evening but barely warm in the morning. Keep the bathroom door shut at night, since mosquitoes came in from there.

Good location, and it would do for one night. The rooms are tiny with hardly any space, and our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and breakfast on the rooftop was good, with juice, fruit, and eggs. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. We felt safe walking around at night, and the hotel is near shops and restaurants. They can also arrange tours and laundry. A great place for a few nights in Cartagena.

We only stayed three nights, but had a great time. The manager gave us good advice, and the rooms were well furnished. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel is well located. We had a Wi-Fi issue, though they fixed it quickly. When we went to Baru, they offered to store our luggage at no extra cost.

The front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable for Cartagena. It’s near the historic centre and restaurants, but not too noisy. The room itself was small and basic, though the bed was comfortable and the AC and fan kept it cool enough for a good night’s sleep. I’d skip breakfast.
