The place was filthy and terribly cold, with hairs on the bed. Awful. I wouldn’t spend my time or money there.

The green areas make for a calm, pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are attentive and always ready to help. My room was comfortable and very clean, which made the stay relaxing. It’s a place I’d want to come back to.

They canceled my reservation the day before my trip, apparently to make room for more people, and it caused me a lot of trouble. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional. They also canceled my reservation on the day of my trip so they could accommodate a bigger group. Don’t even consider staying here.

The staff are excellent, and the rooms are quiet enough to study or relax before an exam. The Prometric center is very close and you can walk there, so this is an ideal place to stay for the USMLE exam and Step 1.

A quiet country-style hotel near the center of Chía. The staff were very friendly, which made the stay even better. The room was comfortable, with hot water and excellent WiFi signal.
