8/10
The room itself was good, and the staff were very attentive. I loved the shower, with its strong pressure and really hot water. The lobby looked attractive, and the meal and music were excellent. But this is a cold region, and the room was cold too. There was only an air conditioner, and a sign confirmed its heat setting doesn't work. The comforter was too thin to keep me warm unless I folded it in half. There was no mini fridge either, and very little space for clothes, so I took off one star.

Everyone was so welcoming and caring. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast buffet and restaurant food were really good, well beyond what I expected. Just what you need. Highly recommended!

We found out about the problems on check-in day and asked for a refund, but were told we couldn't get even half our money back. The management and service were the worst we've encountered at a hotel. The rooms felt too small for our family, and when we asked the front desk to move us, even if we paid extra, they said every room has the same setup. The bathroom was very outdated, and the toilet cover fell off with a loud noise. There's no in-room service, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was poor quality and overpriced. We wouldn't return based on this experience.

The location was convenient for where I needed to go, and I'd be happy to stay here again. My only room-related reason for not giving all five stars was the lack of a mini fridge.

There was no room service. On the second night, May 16th on 2025, I waited an hour for someone to bring a meal to my table. I tried messaging the supposed "help" number, but no waiter responded to my requests. Only the girl at reception helped me, and she gave me a dirty menu.
