The service was good, but they shouldn’t offer things they can’t provide. They said there was a kitchen problem and offered an American breakfast, then charged $7,000 to get it somewhere else. They claimed that was their cost, even though they knew it didn’t cost that much.

The place was nothing like the Booking.com photos. Mosquitoes were everywhere, the bathrooms smelled bad, and the pool was dirty. There was no family atmosphere, with loud music going until 4 am. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere better.

The location is good, but they don’t take responsibility for reservations. I’d already paid, yet they said my booking wasn’t in their system and there was nothing they could do, so I lost everything. Customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The receptionist was impossible to find. She didn’t come to the door when we honked or knocked, and the hotel felt very neglected. Our room was damp and filthy, with walls practically falling apart. They were made of drywall in such a humid climate, so you could hear everything, and there were far too many mosquitoes. Shops are quite far away too. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room stayed damp, and the bathroom was in bad shape with leaks. They do have air conditioning available 24 hours a day, and they offer discounts on food.
