It’s a good hotel, but the beds, restaurant, and food they serve all need some improvement.

My family and I stayed for New Year’s, and it was horrible. The staff and service were really bad, even though the hotel is in a good location. They served us undercooked chicken for dinner, so we had to buy food at a nearby store. The sheets were dirty when we got to our room, and they didn’t clean it. This hotel needs help, starting with the staff and services.
