This happened last October and was a horrible experience. We’d paid a deposit and were on our way from Medellín when they said the road was closed and there was no way to reach the property. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere for nearly an hour trying to work it out, while extra charges piled up for our driver. In the end, we went somewhere else to avoid making the trip even more expensive. After we confirmed we couldn’t make it, they said they’d refund the deposit the next day. It took two weeks.

The manager called to cancel our reservation when we were already halfway there, even though we’d packed everything for the weekend. His only suggestion was to send us to a completely different cabin in another place. We got lost on the way, and he offered no other options. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t trust this place.

The manager never came out to speak with us. My wife and I were already halfway there when a message arrived saying they couldn't provide the service, despite everything having been arranged. A terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

As we were arriving, they canceled our reservation. We asked them to find a solution, but they just stopped replying. They were completely unreliable, the worst experience.

They change the booking at the last minute without giving any explanation. They don't seem to take reservations seriously.
