The front desk person was friendly, honest, helpful and fun to talk to, with excellent customer service. It's a nice place to enjoy nature and sleep before heading into Tayrona National Park. There's a river view, a tobogan, a Jacuzzi, masajes and kayaks, plus small local restaurants nearby. The location is excellent.
We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to eat somewhere else. This looked like a good spot near Tayrona national park, and the meal didn't disappoint.
I've been there before and I'll be back again.
The menu has plenty of variety, and the prices are affordable compared with other places in the area. It's improved a lot over time, and swimming in the wide river right beside it is great. When it gets busy, though, customer service suffers, and the parking area needs improvement.
Set on the banks of the Piedras River, this roadside restaurant outside Santa Marta has a lovely natural pool for swimming, and kayaks for rent. Kids and adults can swim, and the prices are very affordable. There's a good range of food with delicious homemade flavors, plus good music.
