Bidea Hostel is just a short walk from Filandia's town center. It’s friendly and lovely, with cozy places to sit outside your room, a couple of kitchens, and a nice breakfast space. Breakfast is included and was good, much like at other hostels we've stayed at. There’s also a very sweet, friendly cat.

I really didn't want to leave. The beds were comfy, breakfast was good, and the coffee was fantastic. It’s easy to meet people here, but what I’ll miss most is how kind everyone was. I loved chatting with Alex at this family-run hostel. His wife was so sweet, too. When she found out I’m Turkish, she gave me a little chocolate because they visited in 2018 and have fond memories of Istanbul, especially the cat situation 😅. To me, Bidea hostel is easily the best in Filandia and the whole coffee region. The town moves at a slower pace than touristy Salento, which I enjoyed. Laurel, the vegetarian restaurant, was fantastic as well.

There are lots of shared spaces here, with a really pleasant feel, plants and comfy couches, plus a hostel cat :-) A nice place to meet people or just relax.

Breakfast is included, and there's a decent kitchen, a large couch area, and a café inside the hostel. It’s also close to the town center and shops.

It has a real family feel, and the house is adorable, with lots of plants, colorful rooms and dorms, a cozy outdoor space, and a cat. The stay is super cheap, and they include a nice breakfast. Best hostel, would recommend!
