The host and his family made us feel so welcome, and their pet parrot was adorable. It was a great base for getting a more local feel for Quindío, with the town center close by. Our room was clean and had hot water, and breakfast was excellent. They made our stay very comfortable.

We traveled as a family and were all so happy with our choice. The owners and everyone working there were warm and helpful, offering directions around the area and making us feel at home. The Christmas decorations added to that feeling, too. The hotel is close to local attractions, and our room was comfortable, with hot water and a bed and pillows that made for a really good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and we'd happily come back.

The one drawback is the lack of parking, though we left our car on the sidewalk and nothing happened. Everything else felt warm and homey. Don Jorge and Arles are lovely people, and Juanita, their dog, fits right in. We slept comfortably, and the breakfasts were delicious. It’s a cozy, lovely place to relax and sleep, highly recommended.
