It's a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy nature, with lovely staff and good food. There's a nature trail that feels like walking through a jungle, and everyone seems keen to make sure guests have a good time. I'd highly recommend it, as long as you don't mind a short drive to the nearest town.

The garden is huge, and in the morning the local birds wake you with their own orchestra. This place is clean, really nice, and has the regional architecture of a mansion with all the facilities of a hotel. Staff were professional and very attentive, and Mrs. Alba's cooking was delicious. Juan and Laura were excellent hosts. The pool was perfect after a day of hikes and adventures, and the location suited us well for relaxing and exploring the coffee region. Our stay was perfect. Don't miss the chance to see this beautiful place. Thank you!

The only thing I'd change is the common kitchen equipment, which is a bit worn out. The internet was mostly fine, though the place also makes you want to unplug and enjoy being there. Breakfast was generous and delicious every day, and the other food was good too. I even got to share a nice Christmas dinner with other travelers before heading into town with them and some staff to celebrate Filandia-style. The grounds are lovely and quiet, with an eco-walk between the main building and the restaurant area, where food and drinks are available throughout the day. Friendly staff, plus adorable cats and dogs wandering around. Be careful, a cat might curl up with you in a hammock and send you to sleep. A little piece of paradise in Colombia's coffee region. I'd happily return.

Food was good, and they had vegan options. The WiFi was slow in some spots, so I'm not sure video calls would work. Showers had very hot water, but the pressure dropped when lots of people were using them. For the countryside, that's still okay. Great location and friendly staff.
