We couldn't get any rest here. The dogs barked all night, and the strong women's perfume the owner sprayed in our room to cover its bad smell, especially in the bathroom, made it impossible to sleep. The room's television didn't work, and the fan was noisy and wasn't fixed to one part of the room. The sheets were stained, too. Though the hotel looked luxurious at first, the place was in poor condition, with cobwebs everywhere and white mold on the sofas. The pool was neglected, full of leaves and insects. The service was awful. A child looked after us, while the owner didn't even stay at the hotel. If something happened, only the child and a man on duty were there. He just played loud music and didn't do anything else. The whole hotel was badly neglected.

It was very peaceful, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. We got generous servings of food, and the service was great.

We ended up choosing a different room after the first one, on the ground floor, smelled bad and didn't seem very clean. A woman showed us other options after a child had welcomed us and assigned that first room. The TV wasn't working, so we waited for it to be fixed. Later we found there was no hot water. They sent the child to fix it while we waited in the room, then told us they'd take care of it the next day. No one came the next day. Around 8:00 a.m. we saw another woman in charge of breakfast. The pool looked dirty and poorly cared for, and wasn't inviting. The hotel is very run-down, and the service was terrible.
