Hotel Costa del Sol

I expected the inside to be nice based on the building’s facade, but I didn’t like the hotel. The room was uncomfortable and too small, with no air conditioning. There’s no elevator. The bathroom was awful, with hair, old tiles, an old closet, and old towels. Breakfast wasn’t adequate, and they didn’t serve fruit. I’d never stay here again. It’s a shame to have to tell the truth.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a very good location. The service was 10/10. Excellent hotel, congratulations, highly recommended.

I booked through Booking.com expecting to pay at the hotel, as agreed there. They canceled my room on their own and gave it to someone else. Their reason was a supposedly “hidden” rule requiring a transfer to the hotel’s account to confirm the reservation, even though that wasn’t the payment arrangement I’d made through Booking.com. That’s all there is to it.

The room itself was fine, and the location is central. The main problem was the street noise at night from cars, motorcycles, and other traffic. We booked through Airbnb without breakfast included. When we arrived with our three small dogs, they moved us to a larger room for an extra charge. It wasn’t really needed, but we were tired and just passing through, so we accepted. I didn’t like paying almost 200,000 pesos for one night and still not having breakfast included after the room change.
