Hotel Royal Casablanca

A nice spot to spend time with family, unwind, and have some fun.

The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant has a lovely viewpoint. There’s plenty to do together, from billiards and dominoes to the playground and the traditional Colombian game "rana." The pool was very clean, too. Getting there was easy, even in a low-clearance vehicle, and there’s a nearby viewpoint with beautiful scenery.

The staff who welcomed us were rude, especially the man. They also gave us no guidance about the televisions. The hotel needs maintenance: the grill is deteriorated, the bathrooms were clogged and dirty, the beds were very bad, and the roof leaks. The stoves don’t have enough capacity either.

We had excellent food, and breakfast was 10/10. Later on, you can get drinks at the bar and quick meals. There’s a pool and a games room with cards, billiards, dominoes, and bowling. The facilities are nice and cool, the rooms are clean, and they tidy them up really well. Service was efficient and welcoming. I do wish there were more package options, but I’d still recommend the place.
