The buildings and apartments are well built, and the warranty is worth having, so make sure Urbansa fully finishes your apartment. At The Reserva del Peñon, there have been plenty of design-related issues: the pools took years to reopen after Urbansa took over from another builder, digging is common, and power can cut out during rain or strong winds. Sometimes the electricity also comes through at reduced power and affects apartment services. Even with those problems, I think Urbansa is responsible and the place can be enjoyable.
