The management is very poor, and the staff are nowhere near world class. For what it costs, the hotel is in bad shape. You're better off staying somewhere else, but plan well ahead since Girardot has some excellent hotels, including Peñalisa and Lagomar.

It's pet friendly, and I'd recommend it for a family weekend. I would add more breakfast choices to make the experience even better.
