After I broke my leg, I stayed here for almost a week. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They even helped me get my bags to the bus terminal. I couldn't recommend the place more.

We had very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. Noise was another problem since the room wasn't soundproofed. At 6:30 am we heard a nearby siren and a loud firecracker, and renovation work was going on during our second night. Around 10:30 am, there was dragging and banging on the roof right above us.

The employees were really kind and the service was great. It's a perfect hotel for a short visit, though there's no restaurant.

The location is great, and the service was both quick and amazing.
