The staff were so helpful, and there’s plenty to enjoy, including a pool, gym, sauna, and fresh fruit of your choice at breakfast. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building, with gorgeous interiors and wonderfully soft bed linen. We were blown away by all the little details. I can’t recommend it enough.

The tropical courtyard inside the hotel feels like a little oasis, and the food was excellent. They made meals and fresh fruit to suit my taste, and room service was fast and great every time I ordered. I also had a wonderful massage at the Salon. The staff were kind and made a real effort to make my stay enjoyable, even with the English and Spanish communication barrier. The room and bath area were 4-star-plus quality, with a great bed. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels around the world and don’t usually write reviews, but this one impressed me. I plan to come back and look forward to the same friendly treatment.

Right on the main plaza of Girardot, with free parking, this hotel works well for couples and families. The rooms are clean, have AC and thermoacustic windows for a restful night, and the staff are friendly. There’s also a Sauna and Turco. I’d recommend it to friends, or really anyone.

The food tasted excellent, and the cooking was great, but the service was slow. Be prepared to eat in the dark, though. I literally had to use my cellphone light to see my food. No joke.

The buffet breakfast was very good, and the swimming pool was kept clean. Rooms are nicely appointed, and there’s a sauna and Turco. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s on the corner of Plaza principal.
