The restaurant food was fantastic, and the natural setting is beautiful, with a lake and the freshest air I’ve breathed so far in Colombia. The staff are really friendly and have put a lot of care into the interior. It’s a great place to relax, not too far from stinky Bogotá.

The meal, the view, and the service were all fabulous, but I left with a sour feeling over the wine bill. We ordered the only red wine, Quinta Las Cabras Cabernet Sauvignon, and were charged 22.000 pesos per glass. A bottle costs 14.000 pesos at D1, the discount supermarket chain. I complained and they refunded one of our two glasses. Even at half price, it came to almost the cost of a whole bottle. They seemed angry with me and not embarrassed at all, which took the shine off an otherwise really great meal.
