I hadn't planned to share my thoughts, but I changed my mind after the unfriendly woman working here tried to charge me 10,000.cop to leave my bag for just 20 minutes. There were huge bedbugs all over the room on my first night. I was bitten by dozens, and moving to the other bed didn't stop it. There isn't 24-hour reception, so the manager didn't respond until the next morning. He moved me to a private room so I could finally sleep and refunded the first night. He handled the problem properly, but the female receptionist was never friendly or welcoming, and there was nobody available to deal with issues at night.

Good prices, a very good location, nice staff, and big rooms. There’s a roomy terrace, a kitchen, and the beds are comfy. The girls' shared room has a bathroom that's somewhat open, but the room is big, so it's cool. Lockers are outside the room too.

I couldn't sleep because of the bed bugs. I stayed one night, found three, and kept getting bitten afterward. He canceled my reservation on the website, so I couldn't leave a review there. There were bedbugs. Don't go.

We spent one night there, and sleep was impossible because of the nighttime noise and plastic mattress covers. The room was dirty, there was no warm water or WiFi, and there weren't even power outlets in the room. The owner seemed friendly at first but didn't take our complaints seriously or show any willingness to work with us. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there.

The common areas are quite nice, laundry is affordable, the WiFi works alright, and having a pool table is a nice extra. It's a great location for visiting Guatapé at a reasonable price. The place is a bit maze-like, and my dorm was cramped, but I was the only guest, so it didn't matter. The kitchen is a little small, and as others have said, security seems a bit lacking. I'd still definitely stay here again.
