Basic things kept failing, and the service was terrible. They either didn’t care or took so long to patch things up that it felt the same as not caring. The toilet was out for a whole day. The next day, the internet was down for at least half the day. After that, the electricity kept cutting in and out, which knocked out the internet they had supposedly fixed the day before. Wi-Fi only reaches the first three rooms near a working router in the stairwell. Even there, it can be bad unless you leave your door open. The owner clearly doesn’t want to pay what’s needed for working internet and seems to assume guests won’t mind. It is cheaper than other Ayendas in Ibague, but that only matters if basic functionality doesn’t matter to you. This is the same business as Hotel Danilo, which Google Maps lists separately at the correct location across the street from the false Ayenda Danilo pin.

Do not stay here. The location is terrible and felt very sketchy. While I was paying, the woman at the front desk took money from me and got away with it. I reported it on booking, and they called the manager, but nothing came of it.

We asked for a refund and left right away. The mattresses were old and thin, the beds had people's names scratched into them, and the nightstands were in terrible shape. The room photos in the listing don't show what the hotel is actually like. They should upload real photos of the rooms.

A simple, affordable place with good service. There’s also a spacious parking lot out front, whether you’re traveling in a light or heavy vehicle.

There’s no parking on site, but there is a lot right across the street. This is basically a place to sleep before continuing your trip, like a trucker's lodge, with a bed and bathroom for the night. It’s not a luxury or 5-star hotel, just what you’d expect for the price and location. The area is like central areas elsewhere in the country, not very safe and with many homeless people.
