Hotel Doral Inn

The room matched its description, and the hotel is quite new, so everything seemed to be in pretty good shape. But the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs attention. The floor was dusty, and there were several different hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Getting to our pre-booked room late at night took over 30 minutes. Only one employee was handling parking, check-in, and showing guests to their rooms. Breakfast had the same staffing problem the next morning: one person taking orders, preparing food, and serving it, so we waited another half hour to eat. The breakfast and late-night check-in process both need improvement. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and will look for somewhere better next time.

I liked the view from the hotel roof, and the location was good. I stayed two nights; the staff were kind and breakfast was nice.

We picked the hotel for the rooftop jacuzi. At check-in we asked when it was open and were told 10AM to 6PM, but no one mentioned that we needed to make a reservation. In the end, they said it was too late for us to use it. :-(

The shower never had hot water, and the WiFi kept cutting out in my room.
