The staff were pleasant, and the room was small but clean. I could hear people talking in the lobby from my room, though. Breakfast was very basic on the one day I had it, just two eggs, a bread roll, juice, and coffee, and they didn't serve it on weekends.
The rooms are affordable and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the central square and market. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the blankets kept me warm enough for the season. I could hear lobby noise in some rooms, and there was no hot water.
The people were very helpful, and the hotel is right in the center. It feels luxurious, though the restaurant is currently closed. The water was barely warm, and the price is still quite high.

Everything was spotless, and the staff were really friendly. For me, it's the most beautiful hotel in Ipiales, with excellent service too.
