The botanical garden was one of our favorite parts, full of exotic flowers, fruit, and birds. It was lovely to wander through, slow down, and enjoy the nature around us. Balsora Hotel Boutique is a charming countryside retreat, thoughtfully designed and cared for by owners who clearly love what they do. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel at home. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and well maintained, and everything worked as it should. Such a peaceful stay, with care in every detail. We had a delightful time and highly recommend it!

Carlos and his wife Luz Miriam took such good care of us during our five nights over Easter. We spent most days hiking, visiting coffee farms, and taking short trips around the area, but our time at the hotel was magical. Breakfast became almost a ritual, with delicious food served in different spots around the farm. The birds, native flowers, and dogs made it all so lovely. If you're looking for real Colombian warmth and excellent service, stay here.

We felt right at home thanks to Carlos, Camilo, Marcela, and the whole team. The service was impeccable, and the clean, comfortable rooms added to the unique atmosphere. Our stay at Balsora in the Coffee Region felt personal and authentic, and it was a lovely place to enjoy some peace and quiet. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

The food was delicious, and everything was clean and impeccably looked after. The staff treated us with such warmth and friendliness, like family or old friends. It was a spectacular, peaceful place. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I hope to return.
