The location is very convenient for AXM airport, and we were here for a wedding where the hotel worked perfectly as the venue. The grounds are lush and relaxing, with all kinds of birds and butterflies around. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a distinctive layout that reminded us of the house in Encanto. Our room was clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and very good, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We had a lovely stay.

For a room meant for three or four, the bathroom setup has no privacy. There isn't even a door by the toilet, and the rooms feel outdated.

The large backyard and rooms with stylish balconies give this hotel a calm feel, even though it's near a busy main road. The staff are welcoming, and its location by the Armenia airport is handy. Lots of people hurry on to Salento and miss this gem. Don't overlook it.

A lovely option if you need to stay near the airport. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, and there's a nice pool. You can catch a local bus to Armenia easily, then continue on to places such as Salento.

The WiFi was painfully slow, and no one at the front desk seemed able to speak even basic English. I also tried to arrange a massage at the spa, but they had to call someone who asked for my WhatsApp number so they could send a payment link for an unknown person. I couldn't see why a simple payment couldn't be handled directly. Breakfast starts at 8 in the morning, which was too late for a hotel near the airport where many guests have early flights. The room itself had a horrible smell. They spray a disgusting air freshener throughout the rooms, and it gave me a migraine headache. I couldn't get away from it. The property looks nice, but the stay wasn't pleasant.
