Hotel Villa Fabiola Mom

Really great.

It's peaceful and nice for relaxing. I just wish there were some snacks available after using the pool.

The shower was good, and the other staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient, but I don't think I'd come back. Ms. Teresa, the property manager, didn't provide the kind of attentive, generous customer service I usually find in the region. We paid $130,000 for a double room, which felt like too much given the bed, pillows, and bedspread. There are better options for less. Breakfast was also poorly handled, and three children in our group ended up with no food. There were no breakfast options for people who wake up late and want to eat after 10:00 AM. There was no restaurant, and nowhere to eat within walking distance.

The service and attention were excellent, and breakfast was prepared and served really well. But the rooms are small, with hardly any room to store clothes or belongings. Parking right outside might sound handy, but at night the arriving cars' headlights and noise were bothersome. We expected a quiet country hotel, yet six of our eight nights were noisy, mostly because the owner held parties for family, friends, and some guests. A restaurant is needed. It's a good place, but there's plenty to improve, and guests should come first.
