The mountain views are incredible, and the staff really look after the customer's well-being. We had a really good time there. Could use more music, though.

The place is beautiful, and the photos show the different areas accurately. The service is excellent, and I do think it's worth visiting. The cold pool was a letdown, though. It's open until 9:30, but after 5:00 it's too cold to get in. Heating it, perhaps with solar panels, could make this my number one place. Also, the music by the pool carries far into the rooms and can get annoying, especially when you're hoping to relax away from the noise and reggaeton. They should turn the volume down.

The view is spectacular, and the very good food and consistently impeccable service made the stay even better. The attentive, professional team really stood out. It was well worth the price, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Highly recommended.

We loved the attention to detail, and the rooms and facilities were immaculate. Breakfast was delicious, with a varied and original selection, and the canyon view was spectacular. A fantastic place to disconnect. I'd definitely come back.
