The room and bed were dirty, and the sheets looked as though the previous guests had used them and they hadn’t been changed. When I raised this, the owner/manager Javier Echeverría told me to leave right away if I didn’t like the hotel. That was outrageous, especially since I’d already prepaid the full reservation. I checked out early the next morning, despite having paid for several nights. I explained what had happened, but neither the hotel nor Expedia refunded me, and the owner refused to return any money. I moved to another hotel for the rest of my time in the city for some peace of mind. The stay was stressful and disappointing, and it wasn’t worth the cost. Please think twice before booking.
