The photocopy service is very good, which matters a lot for Disfarma, right on the corner.

They were kind to me on my first visit, but my second time was upsetting. I have a disability card and had gone to get food for my daughter. They treated me like a thief and didn’t even check the security cameras to clear things up. Instead, they said they would damage my card so I wouldn’t be accepted at any other shelter, since I’m covered by the EPS (health insurance provider) and they have an agreement with Casa Blanca.

The place is near Zona Rosa, clean, and has WiFi, motorcycle parking, hot water, and breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t enough for me because I left at 6 am. It costs around 130,000 pesos for a couple, and Doña Magnolia is very kind.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with private bathrooms. Everything was clean, the location was good, and the hosts were excellent and attentive. They also gave us directions around the city.
