The Wi-Fi struggled during busy hours, but otherwise it was fine. I loved my stay, especially for the price. The staff were lovely and helpful, the renovated rooms were beautiful and clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was properly hot with plenty of water, not one of those electric showerhead heaters. There's a great view and some nice relaxed spots to hang out and socialize. Just perfect.

It was easy to get around from here. The Manizales cable car is only a few blocks away, so our daily trips cost little in transport. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking, but they offered a delicious, filling meal at an affordable price. The room was exceptionally clean and met all our needs. Everyone on staff was great, smiling, offering help, and happy to chat.

From the breakfast room, the view of Nevado de Ruiz is spectacular when it's visible. The staff are very friendly, and it's a nice place to stay in an area of Manizales that seems secure.

I spent a couple of nights there and had a pleasant stay. It's pretty well located, and the staff were friendly. My Spanish wasn't very good, but Google Translate helped us get by just fine :D. Try the aereo cable in manizales.

The common area has epic views and is a lovely place to unwind. The owners are lovely, and Abuela makes a delicious breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were brand new and very clean. It was really quiet, so it isn't the place to meet lots of people. The location was great, close to the cable aereo station, which made getting to and from the bus terminal easy. I'd stay again.
