The rooms look a bit dated, and the TV is small, so the price felt a little high for the room quality. Still, everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It's a basic hotel with great customer service. The hot water works and can get really hot. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided, though there was no blow dryer. That seems uncommon in Colombia. Parking is free, and breakfast was very good with more variety than usual. It's not a buffet, but you can help yourself to cereal, fruit, bread, cheese, and jam from a table, then order eggs the way you like them.

The rooms are spacious and look recently remodeled, and prices aren't too high compared with other hotels nearby. It's close to downtown while staying away from the crowds. The place isn't especially fancy, but the service is excellent and personal. I didn't see an elevator, and the bathrooms aren't designed for people with disabilities.

We slept really well, and breakfast was great. The place is sharp, clean, and modern. Tourists can avoid paying the IVA tax if they show a passport with the entry stamp.

The breakfast was very good, but the room wasn't soundproof at all. Its window faced the hallway instead of the outside, and the pictures shown are from the vicinity, not the hotel.
