The included breakfast was excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I also liked the clean, modern rooms, which were a reasonable size, and the showers had good hot water. It’s a modern hotel with a European style and a garage, with quality above what I’d normally expect in an inland city like this.

The view of Manizales from the rooms is beautiful, and the breakfast that came with the stay was delicious. Rooms were clean and nicely arranged, and the service was class A. I’d happily choose this place again.

I only stayed one night, but I’d readily recommend the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were super nice, and the person who checked me in spoke English. There’s covered, secure parking, hot water, good Wi-Fi, and a decent breakfast. You can walk to the main square in about 15 minutes.

Diddier and Ronny were superstars, and the customer service was fabulous. The location was great, and I’d come back mainly for the service. I hadn’t realized the third bed wouldn’t be a full bed, and our room had no face washers or fridge. There were two complimentary drinks for three of us. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better. I also asked whether the restaurant was operating and was told it wasn’t, but there was a note in the lift listing the day’s meal.
