Clean and comfortable, with friendly people, free tea and coffee, and a nice smell.

The setting is peaceful, with a great location near some beautiful places to visit. But the manager really lets the hospitality down. He seems bitter and sour, stays glued to his phone, and doesn't even answer a greeting. He ought to take a customer service course. It doesn't feel like Caldas hospitality at all.

A delicious breakfast and really friendly people made the stay even better. The place itself is lovely, the rooms are very well equipped, and the location in the city is excellent. Highly recommended!

Really nice place in a very good location, and the service is excellent. The only thing it needs is parking for guests' cars.
