The area felt safe and was quiet, while still being close to everything, and the hotel is near Comuna 13. It’s new, clean, and convenient, with airport pickups arranged for guests. There’s no pool or parking, and the rooms are very small, so they only allow two people per room. Some rooms are larger for a few dollars more, which I’d recommend. One tip: skip the Guatape tour, it felt very rushed. I’d arrange private transport instead for better service, though it costs more.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the location is great and quiet. It could use a little upkeep, but I had a great stay.

We had everything we needed: a great location, welcoming staff, clean rooms, cold AC, and Netflix. I’d definitely come back.
