Good prices, and it's very close to the stadium, so it's okay if you're here for a competition. The place is kind of dirty, though.

There was no hot water in the room, and I saw some cockroaches.

There are no doors on the bathrooms, so your roommate has to put up with the smell or leave the room for a while. The windows look onto the hallway and aren't properly covered, which means people walking by can see inside. Staff don't make up the rooms between days, and you have to go downstairs to ask for everything, even blankets. The employees argue among themselves where guests can hear them, and the service is very poor.

The hot water worked only on my first day. For the other four days I had to shower cold. I waited two hours for bath towels and called reception four times; they kept saying they were coming, but none arrived, and I was late for my appointment. The windows were broken and wouldn't open. Then the room lightbulb burned out. Reception had no replacement and told me to move the bathroom bulb into the room. Definitely the worst hotel I've stayed at in Medellín. Not recommended at all.
