Be Mate Medellín

Al Alma Café in the lobby was one of the highlights of my stay, with high-quality food, excellent service, and the best coffee. I had to buy some to take home. Everyone was warm, professional, and helpful, from the front desk and Super Host to housekeeping and security. I felt welcome and well cared for throughout. I spent 9 nights at Seissta Medellín in early December 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable for a longer visit. My spotless, well-maintained suite had an amazing view, and the photos I uploaded speak for themselves. The suite photos on the website were spot-on, just like what I experienced. I will absolutely stay here again next year.

Dayana reached out on WhatsApp before we arrived to ask if we needed groceries or anything, which I really appreciated. Having a direct contact was so helpful on our first time in Medellin. The team was very accommodating, and the apartment was spotless, cleaned every day, and felt like home. A washing machine in the apartment would have been nice. We stayed at Seissta at the end of November 2025, in an 18th-floor 2 bed grand apartment with a terrace, which was a very large balcony. It was spacious and well priced compared with hotels in the centre. The views of the city were incredible, and it was super quiet and peaceful, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. The main centre with restaurants, bars, and shops was about a 15min walk away. For just a couple of days in Medellin, staying in the centre might be more practical, but for a longer stay, being that 15min walk away is fine.

We felt tucked away and had a real sense of escape, while still being close enough to the action. The location is perfect, and the balcony views are incredible. We saw two scarlet macaws flying around almost every day! Staying here was the highlight of our trip, and we’d definitely come back.

Having Al Alma Café downstairs was a big plus. We could start every morning with a great coffee and beautiful views. The visitor access was strictly controlled, which helped keep the building safe and maintain the property's quality. The location was easy to get around from and close to the restaurants and main areas, but just far enough away that we didn't hear outside noise. We spent a full week here with our baby, and everything was set up to make us feel at home. When the baby got sick and we had to cancel a trip to a nearby town, the staff went above and beyond to arrange extra nights and put us at ease during a stressful time. Their kindness meant a lot. The service, apartments, views, and design were all incredible and clearly well thought out. Small touches like eucalyptus in the bathroom and high-end amenities helped the space feel like a luxury home away from home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Seissta to anyone visiting Medellín.
