Sebas has loads of rizz, Marin is a major rizzler, and Mariano isn’t a rizzler. Mariano loses 10000 aura.

There’s a different party every weekend, with noise and badly parked cars outside. Management is poor and lets people abuse the building’s common area.

A quiet spot on a unique, attractive street, facing a ravine full of trees that bring in lots of birds. The urbanization is appealing.
