No complaints overall. Breakfast was good, and the room, though a little small, was clean and had enough space for two. The staff seemed well trained, and I felt quite safe. The gym is tiny, though, and the treadmill doesn't work.

The 1 p.m. checkout was a nice perk, and this was my favorite place out of the five I stayed at on my trip through Medellin, Guatape, Peñol, and Manizales. It's in poblado, within walking distance of top restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and modern, with parking and a buffet breakfast offering cereal, eggs, rice, fruit, bread, and more.

We were quoted a specific price and payment arrangement at reception for airport transport, but the taxi driver charged us much more. That makes booking the ride through the hotel feel like a scam risk. The reception employee had agreed to the terms with us, so the hotel should make sure its staff don't promise customers arrangements they can't honor.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible, though breakfast was free. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great.

I've stayed here twice now, and it has never let me down. Jaime and Camilo were wonderful, always smiling, respectful, professional, and super friendly. The location is nice and away from the noise, breakfast was great, and you can book excursions at the front desk. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!
