My room wasn't cleaned one day. When I asked about it, they said they'd been given the wrong room number, though we'd handed staff the room card. Mix-ups happen, but I expected them to sort it out promptly and apologize instead of making an excuse. The receptionist was also unhelpful and unwelcoming when I needed assistance. Between the front desk attitude and the way they handled the missed cleaning, the service needs improvement.

We found somewhere else to stay because the room was dirty and run down, with flickering lights, a hole in the roof directly above the bed, and no deadbolt. The pictures don't match the place we saw. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and uninterested in helping us, with lots of eye rolls and scoffs. We weren't refunded. I understand paying for the first night, but we gave well over 24 hours' notice for the next two and they kept that money too. They still haven't replied about why. The situation might not have felt as bad if staff had been helpful or kind. Don't waste your time or money.

It's a basic budget stay with no special extras, and one of the cheaper hotels in the center. The street feels a bit rough, particularly at night.

At least the people were nice, but I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me. The photos don't show the room as it is now. It's deteriorated, ugly, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was no soap or small bottles of shampoo or conditioner, and the shower had split-face rock walls. Mold, spider webs, stains, and missing pieces like the headrests made the jacuzzi disgusting. The water valve was hanging off the wall, and the air conditioning smelled of mold or algae. What a dump.

It looks nice, but it needs more maintenance, and the service is a little rough. The TV was out of date and couldn't run apps like Netflix. The Wi-Fi didn't help the YouTube app either. The jacuzzi smelled bad at first, like stagnant water in the system.
