Amanda, Karen, Juan, and Juan deserve a mention for their work with the hotel team. The hotel is in a part of Medellín I really liked, with Estadio metro station right across the street. Restaurants and dancing along 70th Street are close at hand too. Excellent place.

2/10
The room had a worn-out TV with no decent channels, noisy plastic on the mattresses, and the food was really bad. The bathroom was just as disappointing: the lock was broken, and an old shower curtain instead of a door let water cover the whole floor. On top of that, I could hear the noise from 70 all night. I wouldn't come back or recommend it. The place needs an urgent renovation and better guest service. It still has a long way to go before it can offer a comfortable stay.
