The room was spacious and reception was welcoming, but the hotel is in a very dangerous area with lots of people on drugs. It's in the middle of a pedestrian street, so even after calling an Uber, you have to walk at least six minutes to meet the car. Going out at night felt impossible. They only take cash, not cards.

The hotel is nice and quiet, with an elevator and friendly staff. Still, I don't recommend staying here because there aren't enough towels for all the rooms. They provide just one towel per room each day, which isn't acceptable for a hotel anywhere. For half the day, you may have no towel while the laundry is being done.

It's a trade-off between the price, location, and accommodation. Room cleaning can be poor at times, with too much bleach, and sometimes the bathroom is only semi-clean.

The building needs some changes, but the people who work there are so friendly they make you feel at home, even when you're far from home.

It's well located for visiting downtown and close to the metro, with a very good price. The area isn't safe at night.
