The staff are helpful and attentive, and I really like this place. I prefer a room at the back, though, because of the street noise.

I've stayed at this hotel regularly, so this visit was a shock. The reception staff had a terrible attitude and wouldn't give basic requests proper attention. The rooms were clearly in poor condition, and the cleaning staff were awful. What a shame.

The service was excellent, but for the price, I expected better rooms.
