The place is nice, but the fast food flyers at reception are a scam. They say it's not their fault.

The gentleman at reception gave good service, and the location is excellent. But if you arrive by car, don't leave it outside. I wasn't sure about the cameras and did, and one of the side mirrors was stolen. They should let guests know this has happened before, as I was told it wasn't the first time. This is my second stay, and both times there have been problems with the fans. This time they were far too noisy. The rooms need work.

There's a lot of potential here, and they pay close attention to cleanliness. I'd still like to see more care with the small details: modern doors, a bigger TV, at least 40 inches, and blinds instead of curtains.

Everything else was effortless and the service was super good. What ruined the stay for me was calling about an incident with an item belonging to someone in my group. The marketing woman who answered the number listed here was so rude, yelled at me, and hung up on me. She's a bitch!

The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and they charge for everything. There weren't enough towels, and the bathroom shower leaks.
