I asked to see the security camera recording for personal reasons, but was told the cameras weren't working. The manager was very rude, with no customer service at all. Street noise is brutal from 6pm to 4am, with vendors, people using loudspeakers, and discos blasting music nearby. It's not somewhere to rest or sleep early. The low price isn't worth it; I'd pay a couple of pesos more for somewhere better. Think twice before staying here.

It's a basic hotel with a good location. There's no locker or safe in the room.

It's a cheap option, but avoid it if noise bothers you.
