The friendly staff are the only reason this gets a second star. It was one of the dirtiest three-star hotels we've stayed in: hair everywhere, dirt on the bedframe beside the mattress, and blood stains in the bathroom. The furniture was outdated and nearly falling apart. Never again.

It's well located and clean, but being a budget hotel means the offerings are limited. If your room faces the street, it's extremely noisy.

The staff were very good, but my room had no windows.

The staff were brilliant, friendly, and clean.

The location is convenient, but traffic on the street is loud.
