The place itself isn’t bad, but at 9:30 in the morning the cleaning crew was outside blasting music and singing like they were having a party. This is a hotel, not a karaoke bar. Management should set rules so the staff respect the guests.

There were ants in the room, and the bathroom ceiling had dampness.

I’d paid for a reservation through despegar, but when we arrived, the host said there were no rooms available. Overselling like this is irresponsible. despegar told me it was the host’s fault, but leaving the customer stranded seems not to matter. This is completely unserious.

The location is perfect, but the bed was extremely hard. It was also too loud with other guests, and too much light came into the room.

The staff were warm, kind, and efficient, and breakfast was delicious and quiet. It’s well located near the commercial area and the metro.
