The stay is good value for the money. The room is spacious for the price, with A/C and fast internet, and the front desk staff are friendly. Just be aware that no one on site speaks English, so you’ll need some basic Spanish. It’s a 10-minute walk from Floresta metro station, near the stadium, and about a 20 or 25-minute walk to the restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in Laureles. The tradeoff is noise: the hotel is beside a busy street, and quiet hours aren’t always observed. One night, other guests talked and drank loudly until 5:30am, so it may be rough if you’re a light sleeper.

The service at Valhalla was the best I’ve had in Medellín, and the music was so good. They played every song I asked for, which made the night feel special. I had an incredible time, what a great vibe. Definitely recommend checking it out.

The room was good, and the shower was good too. For the price and location, it’s worth it. We heard a lot of noise on our first day because it was a Libertadores game day. People talked loudly in the hallway until almost 2AM, and nobody said anything.

It was a quiet night, with no noise coming from the other rooms, and the reception staff handled our questions and requests really well. For the money, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re going to a concert at the stadium, which is just a block away. There’s also a secure room to store a motorcycle. 👍🏻🙌🏻
