There was no one keeping track of who entered the building, and nobody reachable to help when problems came up. On our first night in the apartment, about 15 drunk people had a party on the rooftop at 2 a.m. The sound insulation is really bad, so it was impossible to sleep.

The apartment was on the top floor, and there are only stairs, but we treated that as a fun challenge. Staff were very friendly, and the location is central. We loved the bakery just steps away and the charming little village. We booked through Airbnb and would definitely stay again. Greetings from Nicaragua 🇳🇮

We've stayed twice and are sure we'll return if we're back in Medellín. The apartments are brand-new, beautiful, and very clean, with a responsive manager who pays attention to guest comfort. The kitchen is well equipped, there's a washing machine, and the bedrooms are spacious and pleasant. Excellent bathrooms, superb bedding, and a comfortable living area, too. The rooftop terrace has everything you need and looks out over the city. There's also a garage where we could leave our bicycles safely. Everything feels secure and convenient. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!
